"A message from the Old Line Chapter President"

Welcome and thank you, for visiting the WEB site for the Old Line Chapter of the Nam Knights of America, MC. We are a IRS 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization located in Southern Maryland. This chapter is the Nam Knights of America second chapter, founded in 1992. Membership in the chapter is restricted to veterans and law enforcement persons, with limited exceptions.

The Old Line Chapter mission is to support and honor individuals and families of military, law enforcement and public safety personnel who have died or received major injury in the protection of this Country and our communities. The chapter raises funds during the year by organizing and operating charitable events. These events are primarily supported by local community residents, event participants and businesses within Southern Maryland. The chapter's membership outreach includes organization and participation in honor memorial activities, motorcycle escorts and charitable community events. This year we are increasing Nam Knight participation in support of the Wounded Warrior programs; to include escorting wounded warriors from as many as five military hospitals to events at Ft. Deitrick, and a second event in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland. The most notable and visible event of the year is the annual Rolling Thunder protest ride; which, coincides and concludes Law Enforcement Week in Washington DC. These joint Memorial Day activities reflect our devotion to the sacrifices made by men and women who keep our nation safe.

The Old Line Chapter provides financial support to various military, law enforcement and community charities and similar IRS 501 approved organizations. These are some of the organizations supported by your contributions Malcolm Grove Medical Center Fisher House, the Wounded Warrior Project, Operation Second Chance, Landstuhl Hospital Care Project, the American Legion Post 206, Sons of the American Legion 206 Heroes Inc., Maryland Concerns for Police Survivors, NK Darrell "Stone Cold" Canter Scholarship, Nam Knight Chapter Fund raisers, local Law Enforcement and Public Safety Departments, as well as many local community charities.

Included in our fund raising effort is an Annual Bike Show/Event where we raffle a Harley Davidson motorcycle. You are invited to support our fund raisers, please see our events page for details. Funds raised throughout the year are directed to support military, law enforcement personnel, public safety, and community charities. Special care is given to ensure maximum impact on the needs of those who have protected this great Country and our communities. Again, thank you for visiting our WEB site; if you would like more information about the Nam Knights of America MC and the Old Line Chapter please e-mail me.

Ride smart, ride safe.
